Most yard advice you find online was written for somewhere else. In Houston the clay holds water, summer burns anything planted in the wrong light, and every neighborhood has its own rules. We plan for all of that from day one.

Do you need to see my yard to give me a quote?
Not always. Simple jobs, like fresh mulch or weekly mowing, can be priced from your photos. Design work, patios and walkways need a visit to measure; we set it up on the first call and send your written quote after the walk-through, with a price for each item. We answer within 1 hour · free quote today.
Can you help with HOA or ARC approval?
We put together the ARC paperwork: a scaled drawing, the plant list with how big each plant gets, and the materials. You turn it in, because most Katy HOAs only accept requests from the homeowner. The Memorial Villages don't really have HOAs; the rules are city ordinances and tree permits, and we check them for your address.
What grass survives Houston summers?
St. Augustine for shade, Zoysia where people walk every day, Bermuda for full sun. We match the grass to the light in each part of your yard instead of using one type for the whole lot, and we price the prep separately so you can see what the ground needs first.
Do you offer weekly lawn care?
Yes, weekly from March to October and every other week from November to February, with a set day and the same crew every visit. Plans are priced by lot size, from a typical subdivision lot to two-plus wooded acres. There's no long contract; you can cancel with two weeks' notice.
Which areas do you serve?
The six Memorial Villages, Memorial, the Energy Corridor and Spring Branch on the Houston side; Katy, Fulshear, Richmond and Cypress on the west side. If your street is just outside those areas, text the address to 832-968-0346 and we'll tell you whether it's on our route.
Do you work with realtors before a house goes on the market?
Yes. Cleaned-up beds, fresh edges and new mulch the week before listing photos change how the house looks from the street. We can also keep a rental on a regular schedule between tenants and bill your office directly. Tell us the photo date and we'll schedule the work so it's done in time.
